Jom Semah was born in Amsterdam and grew up in a creative environment. With a passion for games, art, and design, he attended the HKU Games Art & Design College. From game studios to creative agencies to winning hackathons, he's built his skills across diverse creative fields. During this time, he discovered a form of expression he truly loved: creating custom art by painting on top of MTG cards. This gradually became his full-time pursuit, and he has cherished every moment of it. His inspiration stems from the Magic: The Gathering cards he collected over the years—those tiny artworks that sparked his imagination. This sense of nostalgia is reflected in his painting style and resonates deeply with many of his clients.

Having explored various phases of painting—from fantasy to comic and cartoon-inspired art—he describes himself as an art chameleon. While he continues to create custom Magic: The Gathering card alters, he's returning to canvas work with fresh eyes, emphasizing the concept of free painting, where imagination leads the way. Currently based in Amsterdam, Netherlands, and open for commissions worldwide.
